Basic Goodness Pizzeria - Tofino

We enjoyed this place so much that we ate there twice during our four days in Tofino. The crust was wonderfully chewy!

This is the best pizza you'll find west of Italy—and likely east, too! The dough is perfect, featuring authentic Italian mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, and herbs. You can really taste the passion and love that goes into each pizza! Absolutely fantastic! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had one of the best wood-fired pizzas I've ever tasted! They clearly know how to prepare the dough to perfection. The pizza sauce was incredibly fresh, and there was a wonderful selection of toppings. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

Prices are relatively high, but the pizzas were delicious, one of the best wood fired pizzas I've had in a while. I would recommend the Diavoli. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
