McDonald's - Thornton

This restaurant is extremely slow. It's absolutely ridiculous to wait half an hour for just one coffee. There are so many orders being messed up in store. I highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's. It has the worst service I have ever experienced.

For the past two weeks, I have been ordering my usual coffees from this restaurant (Cappuccino with Full Cream Milk and Latte with Almond Milk) during the week. Unfortunately, each time I have received the wrong order. Yesterday, when I brought up the ongoing issue with a staff member at the payment counter, I did not receive an apology. Instead, I received a strange look and was told to return to the drive-thru line if the order was wrong again. Even the staff member who handed me the coffees did not apologize when I checked the order and found it was incorrect. Today, when I mentioned the ongoing issue to a staff member at the drive-thru speaker, my concerns were not acknowledged. Despite repeating myself during the payment process, there was still no apology or assurance that the correct order would be provided. Upon checking the coffees at the window, I once again found that the order was incorrect. Despite pointing out the mistake to the next staff member, I was met with rudeness and no apology. After explaining the error with a Cappuccino, the staff member reluctantly took it back to be corrected. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered that the Latte with Almond Milk actually contained Full Cream Milk.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. Upon arriving for dinner, I noticed that most of the tables were not cleaned and the rubbish bins were full. The floor was littered with napkins and the toilets were dirty, clearly not cleaned before. The burger I ordered was cold and I couldn't finish it, so I threw it in the bin. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I hope the owner takes notice of the lack of cleanliness.

We visited Thornton McDonald’s on We got sent to the waiting bay and waited minutes. When the guy bought out our food we were told they added extra food for our wait. Great service

Wouldn’t give the food they serve to a bunch of homeless people.. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!! Do yourself a favour and keep driving ..
