Panda Express - St. Joseph

Went in at 11:10 am staff seemed flustered. Hardly hadcany entrees only orange chicken and sesamie chicken. Unsatisfactory! Was told they just opened thats why???

Ordered from DoorDash. Got the wrong plate order- wrong entrees AND sides. I’ve been ill and I thought could eat some steamed white rice if I couldn’t eat much chicken that I was supposed to get. I got lo me instead of white rice I ordered, and honey sesame chicken instead of orange chicken. Ended up not being able to eat any of my dinner. Stuff happens. I go try to eat a crab Rangoon. When I pull it out it’s already torn in half. Which was basically my last straw because I already couldn’t eat the dinner I ordered and then it looks like they gave me a crab Rangoon someone tried to eat already. The service was pretty fast considering how busy they are. The food wasn't that great. The noodles were great, but the spring rolls were cold and the Beijing Beef was mushy and cold.

So surprised to have such bad food!! I took pics when I got home, 20 minutes away. I called the store, only to be asked. Well, what would you like me to do sweetie? Sweetie, and so condescending!! What I would like is for you to not make people sick. I tried to eat a spring roll on the way home and noticed it was gummy. Spit it out, took a drink, and didn 't think anything of it? Got home to enjoy dinner. ANGUS steak side was so hard and gummy you could not chew it, went in the trash. Crab Rangoon, literally looked like rotting cheese and was slimy on the inside. Other spring rolls are not even cooked. All thrown away. pics included) Orange chicken is so darn crunchy, like the meat, was cooked out of it. Thrown away. Noodles. the only thing worth eating. Sadly, I asked for the manager, and the young woman who answered the phone said she would let her know and hung up!! Not, I repeat, NOT a way to conduct business. I will be contacting corporate now for a full refund. Never eat here again.

Tasted bad and for the 20 minutes i had to stand and wait for a to go tray of orange chicken i was forced to watch the superior keep getting on 1 of the employees and being disrespectful 1 him in front of everybody
