Wingstop - Sherman

Oh man, the garlic parmesan was delicious! The service was not too bad, but there are no trash bins in the dining area, so it's difficult to clean up after yourself. However, the bathroom was clean.

The quality of the service was bad. the server that took my order was not listening and gave me the wrong product as what I asked him. the workers were not friendly and did not greet anyone politely as it is expected every time they go into a wingstop.

Undercooked wings. The skin should be nice and crispy but the wings were super slimy. Gross. Couldn’t eat but two before I was too grossed out. And it took 27 minutes.

Horrible customer service. Who answers a business with just hello and then proceeds to talk to someone in the background while you are trying to give your order. Then he acted upset cause he repeated back incorrect items and missed somethings.

I must say, I have developed an unhealthy obsession with the lemon pepper wing tips at this restaurant! I can't even compare them to buffalo wings because the buffalo wings are always soggy while the wing tips are consistently crispy and flavorful. The bone-in option is definitely the way to go!
