Chick-fil-a - Sherman

If that was the first chick Fil-A I had ever visited, I would never visit another. the speed and ease of use for which chick Fil-A was previously known. here they only get lazy, unfriendly employees (the more likely to chat with each other than to help a customer) and wait a ridiculously long time. absolutely the slowest and worst service I have experienced lately, and there are many terrible customer service out there! I will never return to this restaurant based on today's lack of service.

Here in the last time I've been on the line for over 20 minutes. they go here almost daily and for the first time I had someone rude to me because I wanted 1 extra ranch. I know two is allowed per meal and they get ketchup for their fries, but because I wanted 2 ranch and 1 ketchup it caused a problem, even if I offered to pay for it they are not inside for guests who eat in? not sure why we have such a problem for an extra sauce. even a manager.

I am here to update my review. I recently returned to this place and saw some improvements. my eating was hot and it tasted very good. that's what I'm looking for when I go to a Chick-Fil-A. Although the employees need a little customer service work, the experience was much better overall. big thanks to the management for the support to make it better.

I waited a few days to write this review so that I don't feel so crazy, but I'm appalled about the lack of customer service these team members present. I have worked for chickfila in the run of the years with big openings and trainings, etc. and as a team member myself and I have lived in sherman now for a little over a year and never had I had an extraordinary experience at this place yet I even felt welcome! Maybe my expectations for this company are high, but I didn't even hear the standard my joy and often I feel a last when this team serves me. I'm about 8 times away last year and it was a consistent negative experience for me. I also make deliveries for texoma delivery occasionally and I scream when I pick up a pick up at this place! it was never a food problem for me with taking out the occasional lack of condiments and utensils, it was always the experience and that falls on management! I will stop here, but please rob, it's time to clean home and be exceptional again.

I don't do Chick fil A often but I really like their chicken. It never disappoints! Really don't care for the waffle fries. They were ok just not my preference.
