Domino's Pizza - Pottsboro

I prefer this place over Domino's. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the young staff are eager to learn and improve. I really appreciate the overall experience and the charming small-town vibe. Highly recommended!

Three of us arrived at the restaurant at 12:27 PM and were behind four women in line. We placed our order shortly thereafter. I noticed only one staff member working, and she was very nice to us. However, there was no ice available in the machine, which wasn't a big deal. We ended up sitting there for a long time. Finally, at 1:19 PM, the four women received their pizzas. I'm usually not one to complain, but it was quite frustrating how long it took to prepare just four pizzas. At 1:37 PM, we finally received our pizzas after exactly an hour of waiting for a total of seven pizzas. I'm not sure what the problem was, but that poor girl could have used some assistance. I won’t be coming back again.

During my first visit, shortly after Craft Pies moved in, I saw them preparing the pizzas at an open bar. I should have paid closer attention, as they ended up putting only eight slices of pepperoni on my pizza. I had to ask for it to be remade, and the staff member seemed quite inexperienced. On my second visit, my wife picked up the pizza, and once again, you guessed it—there were just eight slices of pepperoni. On my third visit, I walked in only to find one employee handling everything in a shop that seems to be expanding its menu to include burgers and fries. Now, the pizza is being made from a stainless steel cooler, with no visibility into the preparation process. I didn’t bother to count the pepperoni, but I could tell there wasn't much on the pizza, so I handed it back. In summary, if “double pepperoni” means just two slices per pizza slice, then it's time to rethink that label. The quality is inconsistent, and the prices are high. I can’t recommend spending money on something that may disappoint more often than not.

Ugh, I absolutely hate to do this. I really LOVED this place before the new owner made changes. We always used to stop in our way to the lake. I could have lived in the Alfredo pizza before. Now the sauce is tasteless. I have gone twice since the new owner made changes hoping that it was just a bad pizza the first time. Unfortunately not. The toppings are very sparse. Also missing. We ordered online and 3 pizzas were missing mushrooms and one peppers. I asked for the artichoke to be put on after it was cook because I don't like them cooked and they were put in before. I checked the receipt and all directions were on there. The girls that work with are sweet. The restaurant is clean and well stocked.
