Sage Cafe - Sherman

Perfect ambience for a casual date night. Clean juicy café that brought us friendly service and a delicious meal. Do not expect a desert because the portion size was so that there was no space left. The homemade chips and queso started our meal and let us know that this place concentrated on fresh food with just the right kick. I chose the beef-denderloin entre and I must say it was perfectly prepared with a beautiful mushroom bread, the zucchini and squash and Swiss cheese potatoes were excellent partners and I could not even get homemade bread. My wife chose a BLT on homemade Focaccia bread. She was woven by bread and commented that it was the best bread she tasted since she moved to TX six years ago. The b in her BLT should be as the sandwich had just cut the right amount of thick perfectly boiled center bacon. A nice dill skewer and the same fresh vegetables accompanied their pretty big sandwich. All in all a great meal and price the bank did not break. A beautiful glass of wine was all that was missing. Thank you and we're back!

We have the Pastrami Reuben and chicken tortilla soup to share. The pastrami was smoked, giving him a whole new taste. All right! The chicken soup was more like a chicken chili, that's not something I would ever order. I'm so glad I did it because I can't imagine anything better on a cold day. The service was excellent, its clean and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. Will definitely be back!!

We took our friends from out of town to dinner at Sage last night. Sage never disappoints. From The crab cake appetizers to the carrot cake dessert and everything in between, it was amazing!! Jeff loved the griled shrimp and the pork loin special was that indeed!!!! Robert and his staff go beyond to make your evening a relaxing one!!!

My Mother and I went to lunch at Sage Cafe last weekend for the first time and absolutely loved it! Walking into Sage Cafe, I was first struck with the awesome decor and loved the door wall and lighting fixtures! It was a Saturday and quite busy, but the ladies working found us a small table right away and were very attentive. For an appetizer we tried the Southwest Eggrolls and they were so good and the perfect amount for an appetizer. My Mother ordered the half smoked turkey sandwich with homemade chips and loved the flavor of the smoked turkey. I ordered the half brisket grilled cheese with coleslaw and the flavors were amazing! I've told so many friends about how great it was, and my family and I are looking forward to having my son's lunch/graduation party here next weekend! Keep doing an awesome job!
