Little Caesars Pizza - Sherman

I ordered a simple pizza from this restaurant, half Hawaiian and half pepperoni. I had my sleeping child in the car with me, so I quickly checked the pizza before returning. To my disappointment, the Hawaiian and pepperoni toppings were mixed together on the same side of the pizza. I decided not to wake my child and go back inside. Unfortunately, I cannot eat pepperoni. Oh well.

The restaurant promotes hot and freshly made pizza. Whenever I visit, I always end up waiting. The service does not live up to the advertisement, but the pizza is good value for the price. The staff is friendly.

The experience was typical. There were many new customers. Is it not required for the staff to wear gloves during certain parts of the pizza making process? One of the employees came in from outside and went straight to the area where the pizzas are boxed up. They began to remove pizzas from the oven, cut them, and handle them without washing, sanitizing, or wearing gloves. This was very unusual in my opinion.

They have the most rude girl wearing the front cash. not a hallo, how can I help them, thank you. when I wait near my pizza, they ignore the customers who come. the man came to the front greeting and had to ask if they were helped. this girl must make pizza and get away from customers. it has ZERO customer service capabilities and this is not my first welcome with it.

Worst service ever!!!!! The girl on the front register has no clue what she is doing. Not a smile, not a hello, nothing!!! I placed my order and paid. She closed the register and did not get my change. She called for help and that was not any better!!! The girl told her to give me change from the tip jar. She couldn’t make change so she just gave me what she could. 2 other girls came to the front to be “nosey” but they also had faces like if they were miserable. Horrible horrible service!! What has happened to great customer service these days?
