Aroma Joe's - Sanford

This place is usually good but every now and then you get these employees which must be new hires that just do not know how to make the lattes. I ordered an Irish kicker and instead of getting a sweet creamy latte with a nice espresso flavor you end up getting a bitter tasting coffee that taste horrible. Aroma joes needs to train their help better because only a few of their employees seem to know how to make a good latte. When they’re charging $5/6 a wack for them you would think there would be some consistency. Some of them know what they’re doing I can’t speak for every worker there, I’ve had some good Irish kickers! All I ask for is a little consistency!

We were in the drive thu. I ordered Latte and a cinnamon role . I was charged for them, but there was a delay as there machine was restarted (always thought only Windows machine needs to be restarted) and it was taking longer then expected. They refunded me with the full amount with two gift cards (not sure there worth, I live in Mass) and I also took one hot black coffee which was not charged..

Disappointed with this location. Ice coffee was not the best, flavorings almost nonexistant, out of cheese pretzels (as usual). Moving to the area wouldn't go back.

Starting my day at the Sanford store is the best! The staff is always friendly and quick, and the coffee is always fresh. I highly recommend this spot.
