Boulangerie, A Proper Bakery

What a little hidden jewel! Delicious treats and a great place to connect or hang up with a friend. How glad I found it

I work as a chef in Vermont and visited the area with my family we found this jewel, I had a chicken pie the fakey crust was so light and buttery it was absolutely amazing. Then I tried to say the apple turnover before it was halfway away, I was inside the baker: I will be back when I'm ever amazing in the area!

Hubby and I stopped eating a bit. LOVED the beef ale-pie, chicken cake, apricot danish and fougasse. I'm gluten-free, but I couldn't resist. I can pay it later, but it was worth it. Sweet little area outside to dine with the sun and the birds. I think you could use another table or two, wait for them and there's room. Nice way to start the day. Come on!

This is the greatest and the staff is the best of all time!

Enjoyed a terrific latte and croissant, while enjoying their outdoor seating. Visit Boulangerie a few times a week for lunch or lattes. Never disappointed.
