Pathetic service during happy hour + rude staffUndersized cocktails which tasted more like a mocktail.

Appalling customer service. Rude staff. Never going back and would tell everyone to avoid like a rotting fish carcass in the sun. Not even one star.

I've mostly had very good experiences at Silo. The food is good, usually very good and they rate among the best beer menus in Newcastle.

Located in the heart of Newcastle's legal district close to the vibrant Quayside. Very nice restaurant with attentive service pleasant ambience. Bar a little small if the restaurant is busy. Awesome range of champagnes! Food was very good with decent portions at a fair price. I just wish that some dishes weren't served on pieces of slate a pet peeve! Makes it so difficult to eat all the food! Well worth a visit whether business or pleasure.

Medium fillet was cooked to perfection ! Medium/rare kangaroo fillet was outstanding! Staff very polite and well mannered Good value for money in comparison to like for like restaurants nationwide Certainly be back time and time again!
