The Beach Hut - Newcastle

I had a late lunch at the Beach Hut. They close at 3pm - so be warned. Very friendly folks. They had two veggie burgers on the menu. I chose Le Veggie burger and a small order of chips. Both were delicious. I've never had a veggie burger like it before. Bit soft bun, sautéed veggies and some sort of veggie patty.

Deb runs an amazing little shop with THE BEST CHIPS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!Tasty fresh and clean with very friendly fast service with a smile.Cant say enough about the food-the burgers are MASSIVE and so good, plus I had Brekky wraps every morning for 3weeks they are so good!!!

I have been staying in Newcastle for a few days and had really been craving some takeout fish and chips. The Beach Hut gave me just that - $10 for battered flat head and chips and I enjoyed every last bite! The Beach Hut is a breakfast / lunch time take out shop, offering well priced burgers, wraps, fish and chips, and much more. Staff are friendly and there is some indoor and outdoor seating if your planning on eating in. Overall I would recommend this eatery above all other fish and chip places I have seen so far in Newcastle. I would definitely return.

Big Tasty burgers, Ive had better and I've had worse but for the price and the size you really can't complain. Great staff as service was very friendly and quick.

I had read about Al's on AWOL. I decided to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed either. My burger was massive (I had the Hangover Cure), it was so big I had to use cutlery! And the best coffee as well. I was ready to pop when I left. I also got takeaways for the boys at home. My son had schnitzel. **** huge and moist, cooked perfectly!
