Burger King - Mount Vernon

Waited in line for 20 minutes with 4 vehicles. Paid $15 for a meal, then they didn't know what I ordered. Once I finally received my meal the fries had a lot of onion rings in them. Fries were hard and cold, couldn't even eat them. Sandwich was ok. Was not even close to worth what I paid. Was very disappointed in the service and quality of food at this location. Will not return.

All the employees are super slow and not friendly at all. As a fast food restaurant, they move like a slug especially the cook. So slow!

Well today I was a little disappointed in the time it took to fulfill my order.. seemed that the crew in the back were either very new.. or were so short staffed the couldnt take care if drive up orders or the ones at the counter.. the manager kept stating still waitng on the fish and hamburgers..There was one order a head of mine and several cars in drive up... the manager was friendly and tried to keep composure as the two individuals in the back were slow in getting orders done... not a pleasant visit today.. sorry but the orders were way to slow ..Maybe another day.

This Burger King is always a toss of the dice. This day it was extremely understaffed. One person cooking, one person taking dinning room orders and one person, manager on duty, was on the take out window. Everyone was stressed out!It took forever to get food. The burger was good.

It's honestly hit or miss when it comes to this place. If my son didn't like the food, I definitely would avoid it at all
