Absolutely spectacular. Better than most of the places we’ve eaten in Italy. This is what Italian food can and should be. Order the specials. We started with one of the best insalata plates I’ve ever had. Thoughtfully matched cheeses, pancetta, roasted vegetables and tomatoes, flavored with just the right oil and spices. Our main course of Halibut was cooked with a sauce that was light flavorful, and not overpowering. The accompanying risotto and fresh vegetables a delicious match. You know you’ve stumbled on a good restaurant when they understand seasoning goes beyond salt. When it instead delivers a delicate balance of flavor and umami. BRAVO! Had a bit of a wait but it was expected as the place is well known, was sat outside on the small table next to a big party, unfortunately we could barely hear each other as the other party were really loud. The food was great, the server was very friendly and gave us great recommendations which we took and checked on us every now and then. We will definitely come back for more food! It was a fun night, they were singing Happy Birthday in Italian. I would recommend them for a excellent meal. Amazing dinner! It was truly an experience. I usually don't leave reviews but this Colorado girl was colored impressed. Wonderful service, wonderful atmosphere. We only waited about 10 minutes for a table on a very busy Saturday night. Our waitress was new but obviously had experience and was wonderful. The owner and his dad were amazing. The food was literally an experience. Had the pork belly goat cheese Cannelloni and Veal Parmigiana. So good. Finished with spamoni and espresso.
