Breadfarm - BOW

Best bread in Skagit County. Stunning over this charming little town (Edison, WA); and then on this Karb sky. You have a little interior, as well as a walking window to order bread and treats. Everybody's in the house. I ly took a baguette since what was just a breakfast. The baguette was warm and perfect. Only half did it go home. I disciplined not to get any of the cookies, they saw and smelled delicious. They are open daily! Look at them.

Mad bakery in the little hamlet of Edison. The kouign-amann is the best pastry I've ever put in my mouth.

Beautiful selection of freshly baked beads, cookies and a limited selection of pastries. We had a croissant, pain au chocolat and a blackberry hazelnut cake. All right!

There is an open window where you order. I bought the white/sourdough cut bread and the rye. I also bought some Coco Nib shortbread cookies. Both were very good, especially when I roasted the sourdough with butter and added jam. Incredibly nice employees!

Worth the detour on the way up to Vancouver. Ordered the olive bread, potato bread, kouign-amann and chocolate sandwich cookies. Delish!!! I’m sure the croissants are amazing, but sadly they were sold out. Currently, there is only an option for pick up orders. You can order online.
