I've lived in the area for a few years now and have tried all of the other Chinese American restaurants but never Fong Kwan.

I like this place because it's extremely close to my house and opens later than the other Chinese restaurant that is nearby (Li Wan).

I am giving a mediocre review since one dish was good, but the other one I had to throw away.
