Amato's - Lebanon

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I really enjoy Amatos, but this location didn't meet my expectations. I ordered some meat items called Stuffers, and I requested that they be prepared properly. Unfortunately, they were not fully cooked. You can tell just by looking at them that they weren't finished, and the center was completely raw.

Since Mel's arrival, things have improved. The food is great, but the staff isn't always friendly, which is why I gave it three stars.

April 5, 2022... I originally ordered a BBQ 9 pizza along with an order of waffle fries. Unfortunately, I realized that I had mistakenly ordered a buffalo 9 pizza after taking a bite. I apologize for not catching it sooner. However, the gentleman at the restaurant took care of it without any hesitation and made me the correct pizza. I really appreciated that! Definitely 5 stars!!!

I like the variety. Not really sure how to order. I love they had lobster rolls or $14.99. I didn't eat here, but they always have good-looking pizzas, sandwich salads desserts.

Tried the sausage onion and pepper calzone. It was hot and freshly made to order, but it seemed like the onions and peppers didn't get cooked enough. So the flavors were not very well balanced with almost raw onion flavor overpowering the whole thing. Not sure if it was a one-off cooking issue or that is just the way it is. Perhaps others like their vegetables in a calzone like that, but wasn't for me.
