Subway - Kurri Kurri

Just picked up dinner from this restaurant and was again reminded of how professional and good this young crew is in this store. As an experienced retail manager I appreciate competency and good customer service.Three staff were on. An experienced male and female and a new trainee.The male came from the kitchen to take my order while the girl was ringing last customer through.As he too my order he was joined by the trainee. He described the process to the trainee and left him to do it.The girl came across and supervised the other young guy making the sandwich and gave him feedback and supportive corrections.Basically, just very mature, professional, and competent service from the whole team. Was impressive to see the way they conducted themselves to be honest and they should be acknowledged.

Just bought 2 foot longs, rushed making them, wrong salads on them, very sparing as well, wont be going back especially for the price Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

The guy JOSH, looked like he was in super hurry while making my sub. Spilled the sauce all over on the sides, salad also was all over the white paper. Upon packing the sauce was all over the sub(packed paper) again. Owner needs to tell him to slow down. The girl made it just fine. Went at 8:25pm got told “Closes at 8:30pm” yet says 9pm on the front door and on the website also their two “open” signs were still on display
