Not good, cold meat, wrong bread, to sloppy. Not a warm atmosphere

I got a Italian sub it was not good I'm surprised that the food wasn't as good as it was the last time I ate there a few years ago totally disappointed service...

Me and my husband got the chicken Parmesan meatball sub and the firehouse hero sub, and both of them was delicious!! Staff was friendly and it's just a nice atm...

The food was hot and fresh. There was a little bit of a wait. The restaurant was clean.
