Valarie was just fantastic as our server. Great food, never disappointed!

The steak I was served was incredibly bland, over boiled and had a minimal crust on it. When I sent him back, they still tried to charge me for the steak, and the manager was incredibly rude when I asked to take it off. I thought it was quite common to take an article in this scenario. When I tried to talk to the owner about the situation, he called me a child to not understand “Margins” although he could not explain how they make me a second steak is better for them than me for the first steak. It was a terrible experience and I guarantee that they would have expected the same if they were in my shoes. They've hurt their feelings and kicked them out with a customer. Very unprofessional.

The staff seemed tired and bored, not the way I remember this place from past experience. The food was good, not great. The prices were fair. Yes, I will return because I think it was an off night

Birthday celebration April 14 2023 Good and waiter excellent!

Our first time here but definitely not the last. Visiting my daughter at UTK and wanted a nice dinner out Emilia definitely fit the bill. Our server John was just fantastic so pleasant, made excellent menu suggestions and was the perfect level of attentive but not smothering. The food was delicious and filling we particularly enjoyed the artichoke fritti and the focaccia. We will certainly be back on future visits to Knoxville.
