Firehouse Subs Fountain City

I have received a gift card from my wife to check out a new sandwich place called firehouse subs, I walked and I was greeted by an older fellow and felt welcomed, until the older lady working on the sandwiches was extremely rude and disrespectful, I don’t know her name but it’s 2:18 pm Tuesday August 13th. I don’t understand what I did, for her to throw my sandwich on the counter without even looking at me, I was courteous and polite the whole time. I thought this was going to be a great new experience and but it turned out horrible. I don’t know if I’ll be back but I don’t recommend to anymore to go when that lady is working. I’m not sure if my sandwich is going to be good due to her attitude and temperament. The sandwich looks good.

Not good, cold meat, wrong bread, to sloppy. Not a warm atmosphere

I got a Italian sub it was not good I'm surprised that the food wasn't as good as it was the last time I ate there a few years ago totally disappointed service was wonderful by the way baby I'll try again in a few years to see if it's any better it had no Italian dressing on it and no seasoning like it was promised an ad very Bland

Me and my husband got the chicken Parmesan meatball sub and the firehouse hero sub, and both of them was delicious!! Staff was friendly and it's just a nice atmosphere.

The food was hot and fresh. There was a little bit of a wait. The restaurant was clean.
