BlueBelle Bistro & Beanery - Kaslo

On a perfect autumn day we landed in the gorgeous town of Kaslo. We took a tour through the local farmer’s market and asked a friendly local potter what she would recommend as a good place for lunch. Bluebell Bistro was the very first place...she thought of. We went and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everything is expertly made from scratch, from soup to burgers and bakery treats. I had the cheese and bacon beef burger with a fab bun. It was perfectly presented. My wife enjoyed the Bao Bun with pulled pork on a steamed bun. It came beautifully presented and she said it was yummy. The bistro is welcoming, the food mighty fine and the service was terrific. Definitely the place to eat when in Kaslo.

Came here for the first time on April 14, and was really impressed. It was very busy but the barista was hustling and stayed pleasant. Nice art work and stained glass plus a cozy fireplace. I got the savoury cornmeal waffle with an egg, yummy!

Great food but pricing seems geared towards travelers and tourists, which is fine. I was especially impressed with the flavors in the lentil dahl. They have a coffee bar, pastries, a limited alcohol selection, a few interesting mocktails. Solid!

I'm a regular at bluebelle and for a good reason! They have fun with their dishes and everything is always so flavourful. The desserts they offer are seasonal and always so good too. Any kind of soup and pumpkin spice lattes are lovely on a cold day. My favourite spot in kaslo for sure!

Incredible little bistro!! Try the eggs benny with the side salad amazing. Also the double chocolate pecan blondie!!! Best brunch I've ever had.
