The staff was incredibly friendly. Despite it being a very busy evening, they were always on the move but remained quick and attentive. Thank you!

The manager was very rude. I requested an extra side of sauce, and she was completely unhelpful. It shouldn’t be difficult to provide extra sauce.

I visited today to pick up an order I had placed through the app. After waiting about 5 minutes for assistance, I was informed that my order hadn't been placed, even though I had ordered it 20 minutes earlier. I showed the employee the receipt from my email, but he insisted that I would need to reorder. We went back and forth, and feeling frustrated, I took a seat to contact customer support. The employee then approached me, visibly upset, claiming that it showed in the system. They really seem to struggle with order management, and to make matters worse, I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes for my food, only to find out that they forgot my sandwich. When I pointed this out, he got even more angry. I won't be returning to this location. Unless you want to wait an hour for food you ordered an hour ago, I recommend going elsewhere.

They never get your order right check it before you leave. Today I was going to get a combo meal to eat inside and take some chicken home with me Liz the manager said that I can't do that all to stay or all to go! The place is a train wreck!!
