Lucky Penny Lounge - Jarrell

I visited this restaurant earlier this week and found it to be surprisingly empty, with only a couple of other patrons at the bar. My partner and I took a seat at the bar, but unfortunately, we were completely ignored by the bartenders who seemed to only focus on talking amongst themselves. A new customer arrived shortly after us and was promptly greeted, leaving us feeling invisible. I can only assume that our lack of recognition was due to the fact that we are an interracial couple. We waited for about ten minutes without any acknowledgment or service. It's disappointing to have had such a negative experience, especially when trying to support local businesses. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this establishment.

The restaurant is situated in a lovely and peaceful location. The staff at the bar were friendly and provided good service. The prices were reasonable. I will definitely return in the future.

The bartender sold drinks to us close to closing time and then yelled at us to finish them quickly. There was no respect for the customers and the overall service was very poor. I would rate the service as a 1 out of 5.

This restaurant offers delicious food, a wonderful ambiance, welcoming staff, and loyal clientele.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is always welcoming and friendly. They recently upgraded their equipment, which adds to the overall positive experience. Rating: 5 out of 5.
