Golden Chick - Jarrell

I ate at the Golden Chick in Harrell, Tx from the highway. If you haven't eaten yet. It was small and quiet. Not many people. The staff was very quick to pick up your order. They even had an ice machine for a free ice cream. Only immersion!!!

I want to recognize and thank Yesenia at Jarrell, Texas. I order food from the drive-thru about 4 times a week. Mostly Yesenia is on the drive through providing and reviewing the order is correct, but it is so pleasant and always has a smile on her face. Since not only a customer, but also a person, as has worked with the public, in a customer service-relevant area, for over 30 years, I definitely appreciate that it makes the customer experience a great one. I hope she will be recognized and rewarded in a way when Golden Chick recognizes her employees.

Staff were great! Food was fantastic, except for one thing. The roles were really terrible. Various texture, shape and taste. I hope it's just a temporary change. We all agreed that the roles were somehow evil. Like hospital/nursing home pre-cooked-ish. Five stars. Again the staff is fantastic! ... And no reflection on this business, but wished Golden Chick had not changed the honey mustard into the prepacked Ken's. The old honey mustard is soooo much better. It's not the store's fault. It seems to have changed in most stores. I'm sorry, Nancy. Total good experience!

Great fried chicken. The breading was excellent. The macaroni and cheese was delicious. The rolls were great.

Yesenia is always SUPER nice when I come here and this location in general is really fantastic. They’re really patient and give good customer service 10/10 5 stars A
