Guzman Y Gomez Heatherbrae

First ever visit and had a breakfast burrito. It was quite small. The photos online are deceptive. The hash brown was ok. The hot chocolate was lovely. A bit of a mixed bag. I doubt I'll be back.

The bundaberg advertiser was as usual beautiful, (in a sealed bottle so could not be ruined) coffee was ok, chips okslow cooked bark burritos x2 were horrid, burritos were raw, content cold, mostly rice and bark did not describe. only eaten to eat a third. nasty

I returned a meal that was cold, burned, and terrible. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they refunded my money, but they didn't say a word.

Dining at Guzman is a fantastic experience, and they have recently introduced another vegan option that adds even more variety for us. The Heathbrae location is particularly great; we stopped there on a road trip for a quick bite. The staff was wonderful, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. In particular, a worker named Mae went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us warm up food for our little boy. We will definitely return when we’re in the area again.

Adam was outstanding! His service and recommendations exceeded our expectations, far surpassing what we usually experience at other fast food places. He truly made our visit special!
