Ehlenbach's Cheese Chalet Inc

It's not a trip through Wisconsin without stopping by a cheese chalet, and this is one of the best I've been to. They have a lot of great options available including cheese, meat, fudge, and other treats. They even have plenty of merch for purchase as well.

Very clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Stopped in from a road trip from North Carolina to Alaska. The cheese is amazing! I understand the hype about Wisconsin cheese now.

Feels elite. Not a very welcoming staff but they weren't rude or anything. The shop just feels pristine...idk how to describe it. Not homey?? Their selections of cheese were very extensive, and they offered samples. Nice selection of meats. Prices are very high compared to the other cheese shops in the area. Because we spent over $100, we got two free cheese spreads of their choice of which I wasn't excited about. If I get free cheese, then let me pick my flavors. Otherwise, I waste the offer of getting free cheese or throwing it out by taking the offer and then not eating it all at home.
