We had the WORST experience on new years eve! The manager treat us TERRIBLE because he wasn't aware of a pulds add the restaurant had and we purchased through the app for the open bar. He didn't wanted to serve us and didn’t help us, i had to reach out to the app service and they had to call the restaurant to make the manager aware of the add. At the end they try to charge us anyway and we had to call the police! In that moment they let us go. Overall WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO TO SPRITZ IS TERRIBLE!

The food was alright, nothing special but when we requested for a dish to be prepared and served without the meat it was brought out with it anyway and then when address they simply picked it off. Now due to health reasons that was not the correct solution given we asked for a new plate that was completely meat free. Our waitress was nice and did try to correct the issue but overall a very average if not below average dining experience.

We had the best service yesterday. The food the drinks were great.. Thank you for all your kind words and service. We will be back all the way from Canada God bless America one thing I can recommend it was very cold.. you need to get heaters or put on the heat higher…

The food and drinks were okay. However the music was horrible!!!!! It was so loud and annoying we didn’t enjoy our time there. Would not recommend.

Food was good, not amazing. Portions were so small. Service was awful. Great ambiance and happy hour was nice.
