Great staff, excellent food. Well worth a visit for a meal

When in Carlow and looking for a sit down meal, this place is a must visit (very top of my list anyway). If you are on the fence or can't decide what to eat let me gently push you in this direction. You will be happy you went.

The food here is deeeelicious can't recommend it enough. Fab, fab, fab!

Lennons is a superb restaurant and an absolute treat. The interior is modern and cosy, seating comfortable and you never feel too close to the next table. The foccia and tapenade for the table was amazing I would have eaten the whole basket myself !The menu doesn't offer the most extensive selection and as a non fish eater I was a little disappointed that 3 of 5 mains were fish or had a fish element..the other dish was vegetarian and then a striplion, I'd like another option personally. That said I had the steak...perfectly cooked and seasond washed down by a gorgeous new Zealand wine (kono).It looks like a whole new serving team after covid as has happened to a lot of restaurants but the high standards of service remain and our waitress was attentive and super friendly.Desert was a rum baba....again absolutely fab!Another fantastic visit
