Bombay Diner - Carlow

I've eaten here for YEARS (over ten years now And Kowsar and his team are still arguably the best Indian restaurant in town. I have covid and I was so overwhelmed trying to put together grocery shopping online, so instead I ordered a takeaway and put it into lunchboxes so I could eat easily without cooking while infectious. For the first time ever I went away from my usual order to get something I could divide out easily. I got a lamb Biryani and mixed kebab. I've never tried these before. I'm now converted!!! I love my Turkish kebabs and this was HUGE plus had top quality meats and a gorgeous naan. It was actually the nicest kebab I've had in Carlow and it lasted for two meals (for less than 7 euro The lamb Biryani is now a new favourite also! I can't believe I never tried it. My old reliables are still the bomb though. You need to try the chicken tikka supreme starter which I assure you, you will be asking for as a main for the next ten years Fantastic customer service, always a pleasure to buy from. A fantastic assert to Carlow town and now the home of the best kebabs too Sandy

Only back from our first meal in the restaurant. and what a pleasant experience. Eating was amazing and the personal is so friendly. under 50 € for 2 starters, 2 main places and 2 glasses wein and beer will be definitiw back
