And the place itself is gorgeous, with the most picturesque garden in this part of the country! And omg this sangria! Perfect for a romantic date!
Honestly can't fault this place. Food was divine, service was excellent, and prices were quite good. 10/10 would recommend
My partner and I chose Mimosa for our anniversary dinner and WOW. Absolutely perfect My partner is a vegetarian so choice can be limited when we dine out not at Mimosa! He was delighted to have so much choice. Service was excellent, the food was sublime and such a lovely atmosphere. 10 out of ten!
Super cosy location for delicious tapas in Carlow. Almost feels like a little Spanish corner in Carlow. Food is delicious just some personal taste limitations but all in all delicious. Atmosphere is great for family dinner, birthday dinner, date etc. I wish our tables was bigger in order to contain the food but still manageable. Service was great as well! Small wait time in between dishes. A little pricey ish but good quality for price.
I found this restaurant while I was trying to find hidden gems. I love the food , drinks , service and everything. Everything about this place is amazing. It’s beautiful, we sat there for hours drinking and the service was heartwarming Every dish we order was finger licking good and it isn’t expensive. Best Spanish restaurant in Ireland.
