Dunkin' - BRONX

The staff is always friendly, but the service tends to be slow, especially when the restaurant is crowded. It can also get quite warm inside.

Yesterday, I took my three children to Baskin-Robbins. One of my children wanted to try the triple mango ice cream, and he enjoyed it so much that another child asked for a taste as well. When the staff member asked how many samples we wanted, I asked how many samples we could taste among the four of us. He then rudely informed me that we couldn't sample all of the ice creams, even though we had only tried two flavors of the triple mango. After this unpleasant encounter, we decided to head over to Carvel instead, where we were treated like valued customers. It turned into a valuable lesson for my children: they should never do business with those who don’t treat them with respect. We won’t be returning to the Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin’ Donuts on Castle Hill and Westchester Avenue again.

Dunkin never disappoints! Especially in the morning.

This wonderful store I walked staff was very friendly I ordered food my my card wasn’t working I realized I had to call the bank I the told the staff to take everything off I will Oder later the manager said no well wait he took other orders and I got hold of my bank my card the issues were fixed I got my Order Thanked the manager and staff what a great store very clean food was very fresh coffee was great !

This dunking donut ? I love it because they always have what I want my bost cream donut and my decaffeinated ice coffee no sugar with French vanilla cream
