Encore - BOW

First, the service was excellent! We tried and shared several appetizers, and the crabs were fantastic—I'll definitely go back just for those! We also had mussels, Caesar salad, and shrimp skewers, all of which I would order again. The only suggestion I have is for them to expand the dessert menu; we found the selection a bit limited. However, I did try the crème brûlée, and it was delicious!

I made a reservation for the Valentine's special Chateaubriand for two, scheduled for 6:45 PM (they open at 5:00 PM) since there were no prior bookings. However, when we arrived, they informed us that the special was sold out! I mentioned softly that we had come specifically for that dish, and the waiter went to check if it was still available, only to confirm that we had missed out. If that was indeed the case, it reflects very poor planning on their part, especially since they heavily advertised it throughout the casino and sent out emails promoting it. If they only had one serving, that’s a very poor judgment call! Once we settled in, I must say the food was wonderful, but it was disappointing to find out about the special after we had made our reservation.

The quality of eating was good and the service was good. I don't care how eating was shed. the steak was placed on the kartoffels that have soaked the potato with blood from the steak. the quality of eating should come first before a beautiful plate

The waitress we had was very friendly and efficient. The food was really good.
