Germaines - Baltinglass

I went out for dinner at Germaine's with my girlfriend last night. Although we had made a reservation, we arrived 20 minutes late due to her. By the time we got there, our reserved table had been taken, which was to be expected. However, the way we and several others were handled while waiting for a table was impressive. Once we were seated, the staff was quick and attentive, responding well to our body language as we decided to order. We chose a sharing platter that was a towering display of food. The food was outstanding—some of the best I've had in a long time. It was beautifully cooked and presented. Overall, the restaurant was exceptionally well managed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We occasionally travel this route and discovered that this restaurant checks all the boxes. The food is top quality, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It has definitely made it to the top of our list for places to revisit.

I had a delightful drive from Dublin, and the service provided by Blana was outstanding—definitely a 10 out of 10! She is a lovely girl who truly excels at her job. I encourage everyone to try the fantastic food; I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 as well. The owner, young Joe, is a wonderful man and a hard worker, just like his late father, who was a personal friend of mine. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it deserves all the praise!

Went yesterday got tbe sirlion was top of the range , loved both pepper sauce and the garlic butter and staff were great... will defo be back

Had dinner here last night with some of my family service was excellent and the food was amazeing as usual fantastic place to eat and our waitress was a lovely young lady thank you very much
