Pita J's - Anacortes

We moved to Anacortes in 2015 and that was my favorite place in town! We have tried most menu items at least once, and we have never been disappointed. The way the meat is heated on the flattop grill, there is great taste, and the delicious sauces are the icing on the cake. If you have not tried Pita J’s, you are missing

What a great place; its environment has ivy draped beams and walls, shields on the walls, and helpful staff that understands and has a passion for food and people. The boxes are the core of the place of course, but their other specialties are also well tuned (can I suggest an affordable pizza bread, Greek Pommes or their Eggscaliber? Some foods out there kill it. I appreciate her, and I hope you too. It is definitely worth trying!

I work a few blocks from this great place! I totally recommend it. The first thing I noticed is the food has amazing taste. I grew up on the east coast and since I live here, there were hard places that appeal to my taste, but Pita J's does! The food is fresh and cooked to order, the staff is very cool and up to the earth and its a large small joint.

Absolutely love this place! I was hesitant to go because I didn't eat gluten, but Justin the owner said he could make everything on the menu in a salad, or I could create my own. My salad was delish and the blows were all hot from the grill! Can't wait to go back!

The Down town was delicious, to die for! I added jalapeno, spinach, red onion, banana peppers, cucumbers, salt pepper, oil vinegar... if you haven't been yet its probably a great idea to get in there! Great service by some great people! Thank you Justin and kayde.
