Mi Huastequita - Xilitla

Dinner at the Mi Haustequita was delicious! Enchiladas con cecina, enchiladas with thin cut marinated beef, with well prepared beans and salad. Our host and his family were very friendly, the atmosphere was casual and warm. After spending the last four months in this part of Mexico, I can say that this was a delicious, lovingly prepared meal. We'll have breakfast tomorrow, with Chiliquiles promised! The cook speaks beautiful English, tambien.
