Ambar El lugar De Dona - Xilitla

When we checked into our Xilitla hotel, I asked if the El Ambar restaurant was still open. I had eaten at the restaurant about 8 years ago, I was looking forward to it again. My wife, another couple I did was not disappointed. The food is of high quality, the preparation is excellent the owners staff very pleasant. It is a place where you can eat a salad without worry they can have some excellent. The restaurant has a covered terrace with a wide view. And it has Wi-Fi at OK speeds. I highly recommend this restaurant without delay.

Xilitla has ery few options for having lunch /dinner that are not local fare. Ambar is a little gem that offers quite a varied menu of local/international dishes. The owner is always there making sure that things are working and she made sure we had a nice service and the food was always freshly made. It can be a little slow when there are many people, but nothing that can be solved with a nice bottle of wine in the Terrace while staring one of the most beautiful views of Xilitla.

Puedes cenar en el balcón a la luz de la luna y la comida muy rica y buen ambiente de preferencia ir a cenar

Estuve el fin de semana por allá y con expectativas muy altas y la verdad es que fue un desacierto tras otro. para empezar no se puede fumar, la ensalada de la casa bastante equis, el café ya quemado y el pastewl de chocolate es del que venden en Aurrera. Ojalá pongan más atención en la calidad de sus alimentos.

Excelente comida y el lugar muy romántico. Comi a la luz de las velas. Menu muy variado y buen sazón.
