Yes, most of the seats were taken, but there was one standing and one table for four who were empty when we arrived and one sitting at the bar. We ordered the 60 cent wings that were quite large. I have 10 buffalo with blue cheese and it was the perfect amount. they weren't overly clogged if they prefer it. I also have the grapefruit ipa that I do not recommend is in a dose and then I have a draft of the greender ipa that they cannot go wrong. the tvs are mounted above the bar usually so if they want to see the game, I would highly recommend a seat on the bar. It seems to me that the best otherwise there are stands on the wall and there are tables in the center where there are stools but without back, and these seats are pretty good, I would assume that the stand seats could have a more impeded view on the tvs, as they are lower I would recommend this sporty to watch the game because its not as crowded as others in the city. When they drive, there is ready to circle a few times for the parking space, it took us about 10 minutes to find parking, although we have a pretty small car that was the only way to get a place a block away. the service is average. they order everything they can when the server comes, they can't see them for one thing. they are not surprised if there is no host at the door, if they want to sit on the bar. if they are not looking for the host.
The good: beautiful device to see the game the bad: dry, salty wing quality wings are more important to me than TV screens, so unfortunately it is a miss here.
The brewery never disappoints great food, friendly and attentive staff, open and airy yet cozy environment, clean restaurant, beautiful bar, generally good moods. Padraic the owner makes you welcome. I'm a big fan of The Brewery!
So, I haven't been to this place yet, but I ordered to takeout tonight. christus at the cross, where do I start? let me say first, if they want to open a restaurant, would they have a fierce pride in eating that they serve properly? I wonder about the peculiarity of the quality of eating. the brains, now, this is a court that if you do it, you do it right. the kartoffels are at least real. the flesh is good. the sauce is made of a glass and the vegetables are made of a frozen pocket and still a little too crisp. the sose is the side mainly. it takes a little time to make a mirepoix, but it doesn't take so much time. the mac n cheese. Cheese was great. sauce complete bland. noodles overcooked. they could have been perfect, except the chef can't have thought that he absorbed more water in the sauce and make the nudes too soft, and what did you get into the sauce? I know some love it, but it's exaggerated. I don't know what it is, but it's too much. has not been mixed well. not enough salt and pfeffer, but that is better than too much so I will take it at this end. curious to see how this place is personal, but I expect to be underwhelmed. do not understand that the place is packed in goodie review photos. but okay.
It was an ok place. Not busy on a Friday night so not a good sign. We ordered draft beers to start and their house beers were both disgusting and flat. The other draft was flat as well. I don't think their tap is ever cleaned. Go for bottles. Food was ok, a bit greasy bar food but decent. Service was good. Ribs were very good, other stuff decent but nothing special. Freezer to frier items. The biggest negative was the live band they had come in a 7 pm. They were extremely loud for a small place. Not sure if they were any good because volume was too high to actually hear them. Most people left at the bar and only a few tables remained. That lost a star.
