McDonald's - WILLIAMTOWN

The tables and rubbish around the tables were very untidy..need someone to clean the tables and pick up rubbish..wasn't happening. Toilets had paper everywhere. Once again no one was cleaning them. Not a good experience. I think they forgot our coffees..waited more than 10 minutes. Had raisin toast as well just toasted..was like a piece of bread. Should be smartened up.

Dreadful service. VERY disorganised. Wrong orders. Things left off orders. No printer working on self service. PUTRID toilets which included toilet paper all over the floor. Sanitary bin full to the top, with things I most certainly didn’t want to have sitting beside me. A bowl splattered with ****. Pee on the set of another cubicle. Flooded basin. Glass in restaurant FILTHY. Where are the days of having a quick meal in a clean restaurant gone Whoever is the owner and the management of this restaurant need to be called into line.

This is the dirtiest McDonald’s franchise I have visited on the east coast of Australia in the last 40 years. We visited with our granddaughter for lunch on our way home from Newcastle and won’t ever return. All bins were overflowing with garbage , tables not cleaned and to make it worse picked up our meal and was missing 2 items. When returning to the counter 2 other customers were returning for same thing. The equipment in the play area was old and needed maintained. Senior McDonald staff should inspect this place and discipline the franchisee.

I live locally and do not visit when place is super busy, however for a very busy maccas it certainly needs a little more care taken. I have wanted to say something before but I went last night and paid $28 for 2 meals the lge chips were half filled and stone cold the hamburger were thrown together and meat had been sitting around as this was hard cold and really waste of money. Have purchased McFlurrys for kids and they were quarter full which cost $4.95 each. Not really happy at all......this place needs a visit from someone that could help.

I live in the area, and in this past 2 months alone, let alone the past 1.5 years I've been coming to williamtown macdonalds i wont be much now medowie MacDonald's has opened up. lost a lot of money over a months worth of food orders, missed hash browns, missed drinks, missing nuggets, waiting bayed every time i got there for a single meal busy or not. they are more worried about getting their times up for their monthly bonuses by wiping off your order and serving the next one and then you wonder why they mess up your order.
