Panera Bread - Whitlock Farms

My husband and I went here while we waited for our order to be completed at another store. The store closes at 9 we arrived at 8pm. Our order was dine in. We received our order in a bag to go. When asked for it to be corrected. We were informed that the MANAGER said to do it because the store closes at 9pm. Hmmmm I found it rude and unwelcoming. I went to ask for a plate and one server said my MANAGER said no. It was a second server that gave the plate and was apologetic. My husband’s order was incorrect as well. The food is great but the service was poor. Panera please do better.

I am so disappointed in my creamy Tomato soup nothing was creamy about it. It was as if someone pour water in it to stretch it. I tried calling the store and no one answered
