Berens Frozen Custard - Grayson

I brought my family here for the first time, and we had a great experience. Chloe was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu, and the custard was delicious! The flavor of the day was chipotle chocolate, which we really enjoyed. We also picked up a flavor calendar, and we definitely plan to return!

I didn't want to bring this up, but I have some growing concerns. It seems like the ice cream portions are getting smaller, and it feels like you have to almost plead for a proper serving. I've noticed that some customers receive generous scoops while others do not, which is quite disheartening. It appears that most of those who receive larger portions are not of my race, and I'm really hoping that this isn't a result of discriminatory treatment. I'm trying to avoid jumping to conclusions, but this has happened frequently enough that it raises eyebrows. All I'm asking for is a fair serving of ice cream for what we're paying. It’s not too much to expect equal treatment as customers. Your custard is fantastic, but it’s vital to be fair and consistent with portion sizes. Please take this issue seriously and ensure that everyone receives adequate servings.

The food is decent, but the portions are very small. I ordered a turtle dessert, and it consisted mostly of whipped cream, with just a little custard. It was gone in three bites, and I was quite disappointed. I recommend saving your money and going to Dairy Queen instead.

This is great place, I stopped on for my favorite item, a chocolate malted ad as always was delicious! I visit them whenever I'm in their area it always worth the stop. STILL my favorite place for a Chocolate Malt Shake, DELICIOUS!!!!!! Also tried a Red Velvet cookie it was delicious, I'll have to try the other cookie flavors as well.
