Fratelli's Ny Style Pizza And

I have always loved eating at your restaurant, but today 5/8/24 at 12pm. I was so disappointed. My pizza ? and buns were full of nothing but olive oil. I couldn't even fold it to eat it. Everything on it fell onto the plate, that's how greasy it was. Where in heaven is the owner? Not only that, Italian pizza is not thick,greasy, or false apart on you when you eat it. Not only that, there was no one to greet us at the door. I had to go and look for someone to seat us. We should have left when that happened, but we got taken for, and your prices shot up so stinking high. Good buy you guys. What gets me is that the owner is from the same place as I was raised. You should know better.

Food was great. Wendy the server did the bare minimum, then I noticed that they charged gratuity ,so she made small to no effort to service our group. Placed at a very small table with two wheelchairs. Terrible service.

Loved it. Service a little slow, but great place to eat.

There are so many small opportunities businesses have to gain new customers, unfortunately this was a failed opportunity, it will not be me. Due to the customer service I experienced, I will not recommend. It was my first time doing business with them. I came because a coworker had pizza from the establishment that looked fairly good. I decided to drive over on my lunch break to try it out. The woman at the bar who took my order was very unwelcoming, her demeanor was cold and very short with her responses to my question about the menu (again first time =had questions) very simple questions but not helpful, just ordered something small and simple to not waste any more of my lunch break and to get out of there. Will not return.
