Charlie Don't Surf - White Rock

If my boyfriend and I want great food that never disappoints we make the teck from Maple Ridge to Charlie's it's hands down our favorite place to eat and the fact that they have gluten free options is even better as I have celiac and finding places that have a clear menu for gluten free and is safe and understanding and doesn't judge me for something I can't control. Safe to say Charlie's is my happy place. Ohhh and the view isn't half bad either Go see for yourself

GREAT first experience! Ordered the GO TO chicken tenders with honey mustard and bbq sauce.Along with that, was the Chicken Gourmet Burger. Taste was phenomenal but a bit pricy. That being said, everything on the pier promenade is a but pricier than usual. Would love to visit again!

Went there to try the white rock dine out special. Really awesome atmosphere and very friendly staff had the soup of the day, blackened chicken and the triple chocolate brownie. The food was really good the service was prompt would definitely go back for appetizers and a beer some night the view was spectacular.

The place has always had a certain charm so , in my mind, it's a good place to have drink and finger food.   What kept me away over the years was the service. We decided to give it another try recently. The ambiance was quite welcoming.  I had a burger and the kids had chicken fingers with fries. It was well prepared and served quickly.  Nothing fancy but well executed. I've been back a couple of times since and the results were the same.

Trendy place on the strip. The decor is eclectic and fun to look at. We ordered the classic fish chips. It was some pretty good fish!! Lots of fries. Drinks were big too. We had kids with us they were quick with our food. It was hot out the day we went so the place was pretty stuffy inside.
