Sichuan Dynasty - Westfield

Authentic Sichuan cuisine in the New Jersey suburbs just outside Edison. The twice-boiled pork, shredded potato, stir-fried cabbage, and string beans are all fantastic. A helpful tip: if you're driving, make a right turn at the traffic light for easier parking spots that are more readily available. They offer dine-in tables for a more immersive experience, but there's no outdoor dining. Takeout is also available.

This is the best Chinese food in the area. I recommend trying the twice-cooked pork, stir-fried cabbage, and smashed potatoes. I'm really glad we have this restaurant in Westfield!

We enjoyed a fantastic Sichuan lunch with my family. The flavors were spot on, and the portions were just right for sharing. We ordered the three chili peppers with roasted chicken, shredded beef with sharp green bell peppers, and pork bao. The restaurant is small but cozy, and the owners are friendly and attentive. This is, without a doubt, the most authentic Sichuan food we've had on this side of the ocean! There are parking spaces available right in front, and you can't miss their bright yellow banner. If you love spicy food, definitely give this restaurant a try!

This is Legit. If you want massive portions, fried chicken wings and general chicken you should probably go somewhere else. If you want some of the best authentic foods outside the flushing, then this is your place. Amazing food!

Great food not typical American Chinese food, so for most people, I’d recommend being a bit adventurous. Fish flavor pork doesn’t actually taste like fish! Fish flavor pork, cumin chili pork/chicken, dan dan noodles, mapo tofu all big hits!
