The drink station was filthy, with juice spilled everywhere. In the 10 minutes I waited for sweet and sour sauce, I witnessed 6 different employees come and go, and a man had to wait 20 minutes for his frappe. I wish I could give this place no stars because I usually love McDonald's.
I had a really disappointing experience. They forgot half of my order, and when I called to address the issue, the staff was extremely rude and treated me as if I were in the wrong. I spoke with Angie on September 17 at 9:55, and she hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional, especially when it comes to billing, which can only be done over the phone since my order is scheduled for tomorrow.
I have visited McDonald's before, and my experience has not been positive. The staff there is undeniably unprofessional and even hostile when challenged or corrected. I believe the owners should consider replacing the entire team and hiring new managers and employees. This situation reflects poorly on the entire Waukegan location.
In the lobby was disgusting, drinking station a chaos, and the funnel was charged for a Bbq sauce. I would give zero stars if I could.
Oh my gosh! I was just telling one of the admins, how fantastic everything was. You guys really out did yourselves, THANK YOU.
