They serve authentic, freshly made dishes from the southeastern Mediterranean, including PHOENECIA. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant is owned and operated by a humble family from Lebanon. If you enjoy falafel, hummus, shawarma, gyros, baba ganoush, or tabulleh, you won't find it better within a 50-mile radius. They also offer complimentary desserts. Don't hesitate, just go – you won't be disappointed!
This restaurant truly embodies the concept of a family-run establishment. The attention to detail in each dish is evident as every bite bursts with flavor. Nothing was dry or overcooked, everything was perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and welcoming. For a top-notch example of Mediterranean cuisine, this place is highly recommended!
This restaurant in the northwest suburbs is a hidden gem. The service is top-notch, but the true standout of this no-nonsense eatery is the consistently excellent food.
The cricket salad at this restaurant is amazing. The creamy hummus, Veg-Yumm rice, and perfectly crispy falafels are all delicious. There are options for the entire family to enjoy.
This is my go-to restaurant and my favorite place to eat. They offer several vegan appetizers and salads, as well as three different vegetarian dishes that are not yet included on the online menu. The veggie bourak is a unique and delicious dish that I have never seen anywhere else, filled like fried egg rolls with spiced vegetables. The baba ghanouj is also excellent. They serve iced lemon water with all meals, but the beverage selection is limited to only preservatives. They have affordable lunch specials, including a vegetarian plate that is also vegan. The service is top-notch, and they are generous with bringing extra pita bread, although they also bring free honey (and possibly containing egg/milk - I am not certain) at the end of the meal, so be sure to inquire if you do not want it.
