Little Caesars Pizza - Waukegan

Order online for 8 pizzas. Win them about 2 hours hint and the pizzas were punctual and delicious as always. Very friendly staff could not ask for a better experience!

Went inside to pick up an online order and there were already people there who had waited 20 minutes. It was 9:20 and they seemed to have been behind the orders back to 6:00. In their ?pizza portal no orders were placed? Well, if someone entered a code, it wouldn't work. The employees stopped themselves and took 20 minutes to actually talk to a customer. I wait 40 minutes after the estimated completion of my order. I went to the right at 10 a.m., their closing time, and 6 others waited for their order

Eating is never ready. Wait 20 minutes until it's ready. The other day I order online and once I picked it up, it seems that it was Uber instead. Service is better, but they tell us the wrong timing of ETA. Atmosphere sucks, there is no space for cars for this type of business.

Go to their lobby and immediately was greeted and asked if I had put an order. I told the young lady that I didn't do it and asked if I could make an order. It seems hot and ready pizzas are no longer available. The young lady refused my request to put an order for a cake. So obviously no. I called the phone to order something and shoot my hopes and dreams again. Don't waste your time. Pizza hat still tries to get up

Waited at the drive-up window for about 10 minute being ables ordered three Hot N Ready 2 pepperoni and 1 sausage) that wasn 't ready... Was told it 'll be a ten minute wait. Well ten minutes later got back to the window and then was told the order hasn 't even been prepared yet and it 'll be another ten minutes. Well twenty minutes later the order was ready. So in all out took almost a hour for Some simple HOT N READY. No explanations or apologies for the wait. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
