Little Caesars Pizza - Waukegan

I've had some bad experiences at this restaurant in the past, but I usually manage to overlook them. However, this time it felt like pure laziness on their part. I ordered a Detroit-style pan pizza, but what I received was just two globs of dough. This will be the last time I order from here.

Absolutely not. We tried using the app and ordering locally, but it didn't make a difference. The service is awful, and they always forget something. No more Little Caesars for us, not with this kind of experience.

The management of this restaurant needs to improve their operations. I ordered online on a Sunday evening at 7 PM, and the confirmation email stated that my order would be ready for pickup by 8 PM. After waiting an hour, I went to the restaurant at 8:09 PM to check on my order, only to be told by a staff member that it wasn't finished yet, although it was finally being prepared. At this point, I was extremely frustrated. When the restaurant is busy and cannot keep up with orders, they should either stop accepting online orders or at least notify customers, so we don’t waste our time waiting for food.

Staff turned off the menu monitors to say the system is down, we don't order This particular situation is not great, these waiting times are ridiculous. These employees are rude, they will not even ask you to answer questions. I get a few people with trashy settings, but come on, not all of us.

0/10 Staff was terrible, tried to overcharge me til I checked the cashier, they all went on a smoke break with no pizza and no crazy bread ready to serve. The pizza they finally did serve me was burnt af. You've been warned, eat there at your own discretion.
