Boston Market - Waukegan

First, Kudos, so nice and helpful staff. I ordered today with the driver thru (9/26/22 at 12:30ish) and really had a pleasant interaction. I drove about 30 minutes to visit this place. I had no Boston Market in YEARS, and unfortunately, due to the quality of my meal, there will probably be years before I think their food will give another try. I was so disappointed because the food used to be SO GOOD. The maize brotmuffin was cold and pasty tasting. The rice was bland, the sweet potato casserole was comparable to sweet potatoes from a glass of baby food. They were made of framed spinach. The chicken was the only thing that was pale on my plate. So that was a waste of money and time.

Waukegan location reopened. Horrible! I ordered a family meal for 3. I received a whole chicken and 3 large sides. The sides were so small and when I told them they were too small for 3 people, the lady said it depends how much they eat. What? I could have just order 2 individual meals for a lot less money. Also the veggies were mushy, the sweet potato casserole did not have walnuts in it, the corn bread was tiny compared to what we used to get. And the drive up wasn 't opened, I had to go inside. Horrible , will never order there again. They should have just stayed closed down.

8-1-2022 First of all I want to say, that having an employee serve the food, and literally talking over it, without a mask is a breach of (health hazards) in the middle of Covid still spreading!! Now regarding the food, all bland! The chicken, ribs, mashed potatoes all HORRIBLE! I spent over $60.00, for what!? I could have used it to fill my car's tank, my children didn't want to repeat ever eating here again! Also, the parking lot is full of holes, the owner only seems to care about getting the money, and not concerned about Customer's driving in and messing up their car!!! Anyone who wants good food I suggest to drive a bit further to Gurnee Mills and visit Portillos or Buffalo Wild Wings, not this place!!! This place is a rip off!!!

You all fell off. I used to eat at that boston market as a child and remember loving it. Now your food is less than garbage and your service as well. We have coma and tried to order chicken for a while. But whenevr we come it seems like you are not serving or ran out of food. The most recent order I had was of your nuggets and they were atrocious. I could not even fathom how you could sell them for 12 dollsrs. They taste as if they came from a prison cafeteria.

Placed an order at 7:35pm for pick up. Got a confirmation and said to pick up at 8:15pm. Got there and the place is empty and all the lights were turned off. I was furious, ordered the family meal for my dad brother and I. I’m very upset I came home empty handed. I need my Refund immediately!
