Great food, but be patient. That means the goats are some of the best I ever had. The 2 Tacos Jalisco style are excellent to immerse in this amazing birria broth. Eating is 5 stars... but again you have to be patient as you have to wait for your food.

The food is delicious and the service is excellent! I highly recommend trying each meal at least once, especially the tacos. They are all tasty, but personal preference may make some more appealing to different people. I tried the Tacos Jalisco style for the first time, and while they were very good, I still prefer my usual ones. Overall, it's a fantastic place!

This is a fantastic spot for birria tacos; they taste amazing! The customer service is excellent, and the prices are just right. We absolutely love it—it’s the best place for Mexican food in Waukegan that we've found so far.

The name says everything. Although these no frills eatery has all popular Mexican favorites, but the star is served birria (goat stew) in many ways. In addition to serving as an ingredient in the usual tacos, enchiladas etc., the goat stew is particularly remarkable as a dinner. It is slowly boiled to a delicate perfection. Tortillas are made in the kitchen and the difference is obvious. Portions are huge. Very popular among those in the know, the restaurant also does a fleeting takeout business. Don't go to the ambience there, because there are none. Walls have handwritten signs for what is new on the menu, and the old prices are corrected with stickers over them. Tables and chairs can be incorrectly tuned and the hanging displays are crippled. TV blares music videos in Spanish. Go there for dinner and you will not be disappointed.

Ordered a medium birria to go with agua de horchata so so good! Will be coming here often ! The homemade tortillas were a bonus !
